Claire is a partner at Witz Inc Attorneys.

Claire is passionate about creating meaningful and effective strategies and solutions for her clients.

Claire has in excess of 15 years of experience in Family Law. Family Law is, by its very nature, often stressful for clients, and Claire works hard to achieve results for her clients that are effective and impactful in their lives going forward.

She is a SAAM Accredited Mediator offering ensuring that if mediation services are appropriate to her clients that they are able to benefit from her solutions-driven approach to family law.

Claire sat as an acting Magistrate in the Children’s Court in 2018, further deepening her knowledge of legal matters concerning children. She adjudicated over matters including adoptions, foster care and contact for children and their parents and caregivers.

She regularly talks on radio providing legal education on a variety of family law matters.

Claire is a notary public allowing her to provide a full-service practice to her clients, which includes drafting their antenuptial contracts and authentication services including apostilles for clients who are emigrating or requiring international accreditation.

Claire is an entrepreneur at heart and enjoys assisting her clients with effective legal strategies for growth in their business and personal interests. She began her legal career in the field of insurance and third party work, and before she commenced working for her own account, worked at a legal insurance company, giving her even greater insight into insurance law, third party claims and litigation.

Claire has a passion for legal education and can be booked for public and corporate training events on a variety of legal topics. She also lectured at several private tertiary institutions from 2012 – 2015 on a wide variety of topics.
